Reservation Guidelines

• Booking: Ensure you book your reservation at least one month in advance to secure your preferred date. Kindly WhatsApp +60173639117 to make your booking.
• Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon reservation confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled two weeks before the party date.
• Time Extension: If you wish to extend the party time, please inform us at least one week prior to the confirmed date. This will allow our team sufficient time to clean and sanitize the venue before the next session. Thank you for your understanding cooperation

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund of the deposit will be processed within one week if cancellation is made at least three weeks prior to the party.
• 3 weeks before party: 100% refund (paid amount)
• 2 weeks before party: 80% refund (paid amount)
• 7 – 13 days prior to party: 70% refund (paid amount)
• 4 – 6 days prior to party: 60% refund (paid amount)
• 1 – 3 days prior to party: 50% refund (paid amount)
• On the day of party: No refund
• In case of emergencies, such as a child falling sick, cancellations made 24 hours before the party is entitled to 50% refund or you may choose to reschedule the party date based on availability.

Event Details

• Duration: Each party runs for three hours with two available sessions:
  – Morning: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  – Afternoon: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
• Backdrop Set-Up: If you’d like a backdrop, it can be arranged one hour before the party begins.
